Hubspot Sales-Software Certificate not generated

SOLVE

hi all,

 

I did the hubspot Sales-Software-Certification, but the certificate is cannot be generated.

What I tried:

  1. Brave, Edge, Chrome, Firefox Browser
  2. Log-in/out
  3. Cleared cache/cookies
  4. Un/Reinstalled Browser

Is there something else I should try? Is this a known issue? What can I do in order to get this solved?

Thank you for your help and I found it. In case anybody else needs to find their certificate(s):
https://app-{your-region}.hubspot.com/academy/{your-user-id}/profile
and replace the {your-user-id} part with your user id e.g., 1234567 (you can find in the url) and {your-region} with the region your account is in.

Hi antoniogarcia,

  1. there is no error message on the page itself, just a message that the certificate could not be generated.
  2. All exercises are completed no more pending ones.

Here is the exact message I get on the exam page:

"Prüfung wurde bestanden, es wurde aber keine Auszeichnung generiert

Sie haben die Prüfung Sales-Software-Zertifizierung bestanden. Ihre Zertifizierung konnte jedoch nicht generiert werden. Bitte versuchen Sie, die Seite zu aktualisieren. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Support."
