I am trying to complete the HubSpot Marketing Software accreditation but I understand I need certain permissions to complete this.
I have signed up for the 14 day trial in order to get this accreditation but just need to understand what permissions I need to request from our Super Admin in order to complete all the modules and get certified.
Thanks for reaching out! I've just checked through your permissions and it looks you have all that might be needed with the exception of Workflows and Edit access for Marketing Emails.
You'll want your Super admin to customize these using the following methods: Workflow permissions can be enabled under CRM > CRM Tools > workflows > toggle on. Email editing permissions can be edited under Marketing > Marketing tools > email > check publish
Thanks. I'm planning to do a few more certifications, do any others need this level of access or just the marketing software? I have service and sales software certifications and they were fine. Thanks!
A trial will be necessary if your account does not have access to the tools/features necessary for the certification. If you're account already has access to these tools, no need for a trial 🙂
