HubSpot Software Certification - Exercise not Graded

I've completed the Hubspot Marketing Software course and passed the test, but the following exercise has yet to be graded and is preventing me from receiving certification. I am not currently a professional member.

Thanks. Can you provide a recommendation as to how to escalate or get something moving? Like an email to their support team. The AI bot is not helpful. I don't mind waiting a few more days but my first instance wasn't graded (~8 biz days)and I cloned and redid the email test and that hasn't been graded. (~4 biz days).

Juat want to confirm that you created an email in the HubSpot Marketing Email tool. Normally these are graded fairly quickly if the action to s successfully done.

Thanks for the prompt resonse. Confirming that I did sent an very small (2 people) email via HubSpot Markting Email tool. I monitored and opened those emails and rechecked the stats and saw the opens.
