HubSpot Sales Softtware Certification Practical Exercises Not Working

Two practical exercises for my HubSpot Sales Software certification are not completing. The other ones have completed and been graded- making me worry something is wrong with these two even though not a ton of time has went by. I also have seen several posts with these two specific exercises always seeming to be the issue so I'm worried more time will not help. Hoping someone can look and see as I passed the exam and need this certification for a time sensitive project. Much appreciated.
