Hi, I'm having an issue with something I must complete to proceed with my certification. When I have the exercise to create a form, it says I must add a footer to my followup email. If I don't, the "save" button is greyed out. Every time, I create a footer to the email, and save it, but it doesn't show up and the "save" button is still greyed out. When I click on "create a footer" again, all the information I had previously put in is gone.
