HubSpot Certificate Not Loading After Course Completion

Hi HubSpot Academy team,

I’ve completed all the videos and passed the exam for the Content Marketing certification, but the certificate won’t load. It’s stuck on the “hang tight” screen even after refreshing, using different browsers, clearing cache, and trying incognito mode.

Could you please help issue the certificate or advise on what to do next?

I can't find it on my ''my learning'' either.
