HubSpot Academy Exercise Approval

Anyone else completed their exam and all exercises but get this note at the end, its as if 1 exercise did not get graded, would only one of them take 24 hours to be graded if all others seem to be complete?

I have passed the exam and this is the only part being held up to receive my certificate.
