How to Add Inbound Certification to Upwork?

Hello guys, I've completed the Inbound Marketing Certification successfully, and now I am trying to add it to my Upwork profile, however, it seems that the documentation is not up to date. https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/215650138-Add-Certifications

Also, I've already added the certification to Upwork but it shows as "Pending verification".

Can someone help me with this?
