How do I move certifications to a new email address when you don't have access to the old one.

Hello everyone,

 

I have a number of HubSpot certifications that I got through my old employer's account. Now I want to control them by moving them to my free account so that I won't be dependent on an employer. My old emloyer can't or won't move them for me, Is there a way for me, or a HubSpot support person to move those certificates? All I really want is to move all certificates from steve.bilow@bluevolt.com to steve@bilowgroup.com. That seems easy but, as far as I know, I can't do it myself except from the old account which I can't access anymore.

 

Help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! If you are not able to access the original account for the transfer, we can do it here on our side 🙂 

I do want to let you know though, that certain Partner Certifications will not transfer to free accounts. Please let me know if you'd like me to go forward with the transfer of all available certifications from steve.bilow@bluevolt.com to steve@bilowgroup.com

@RyanneHoward - It would be great if you could transfer my certificates. That would be VERY helpful. I undersatand that some may not come over. I now (as of this afternoon) have an account on my current employers HubSpot platform. So the "to" address will be different. If you would transfer them as follows. that would be awesome:

 

Transfer FROM: steve.bilow@bluevolt.com

Transfer TO: steven.bilow@telestream.net
