Help with Transferring Certificates From Old Email

Hello Support, I happen to have old certificates from my old work Hubspot account that got deactivated. Tried to look for articles but hopefully you all could help resolve it, thanks!

 

Old Email: kyledellosa@highticketsales.com

 

New Email: kyledellosa@gmail.com

 

Certificates:

Thanks a million for the detailed information, this allowed me to trigger the change from our system. Can you please confirm that the certifications have been swapped into the new email address, please?
