Help with Transferring Certificates From Old Email

Hello Support, I happen to have old certificates from my old work Hubspot account that got deactivated. Tried to look for articles but hopefully you all could help resolve it, thanks!

New Email: kyledellosa@gmail.com

Hi Support, I have old certificates in my old work Hubspot account (I think it has been deactivated after I changed my workplace). Didn't notice that that was possible to do by myself before leaving so I need a little help. There was about 8-10 certifications, some of agency certies.

New email: elina.hurtta@valve.fi

Thanks a million for the detailed information, this allowed me to trigger the change from our system. Can you please confirm that the certifications have been swapped into the new email address, please?

Hi @kestrada, I was wondering if you could help me transfer my Inbound Mkt cert as well. I no longer have access to my previous employer's portal. 

Account was either - hhintze@sbcp.bank or hconroy@sbcp.bank (I was married but not sure if I switched this over) 

New account - heather.hintze@lyntonweb.com

I have ther certificate if needed.
