Help on Service Hub Cert exercise: Create tix via email
On the Service Hub Software Cert:
on the HubSpot Academy Exercise: Automatically create tickets via email, do I ACTUALLY have to 1st connect one of my email addresses to the Inbox before I can complete the exercise?
Bc I'm looking at the instructions about "hover over the shared inbox" and I don't see an option of a "shared inbox"?
You do need to complete this step, yes. To connect the inbox you can go to Settings> Inbox> Inboxes> Connect a Channel> Select Team email (I've provided screenshots to show what this looks like). From there, you can connect an email (as long as it's not already connected as a personal email), and follow the rest of the steps to turn on automatic ticket creation.
