Havn't received my certificate

Now to be honest im not even sure if it was a course I would get a certificate from but my Teacher said it is so f it. i completed the course AI for marketers about 30 minutes ago and my deadline is today at 23.59. Any idea on what could have happened?

Just to clarify, “AI for Marketers” isn’t a certificate course as it doesn’t include an exam.
