If I were you, I would fire up a free website with WordPress or CMS of choice and attach the free HubSpot tools to it.
This will give you a small place to play at zero to low cost.
I personally signed up for the HubSpot CMS and starter packages for sales, marketing, and service, to give me a personal HubSpot Playground.
At Impulse Creative, we use the Enterprise level of all the HubSpot tools but, I wanted a place where I could see what was available for folks much like yourself.
So, that's what I use the George B. Thomas website for (HubSpot Playground).
Hope that helps point you in a couple of viable directions.
If you have questions, I'm all ears.

Hi @Williams ,
Thanks for reaching out. You are correct in that most of our Academy lessons would be geared towards those already working on their business plan as opposed to developing a business plan. It might be best to review our Classroom Training - more on this here.
Best,

We totally get that budget can be an issue to growth. That's why we created Sprocket Talk where people can learn for free at their own pace.
One of the things I love doing is creating custom tutorials when users ask. Hope that helps you in the future!
