I'm Williams from Nigeria. My goal is to become a digital market and permit me to say Hubspot Academy has been such an invaluable resource towards achieving that. I find it fascinating how they have curated the lessons (content on content) to reflect a top-tier case of "walking the talk". However, one thing that I haven't come to resolve is what appears to be paying less attention to marketers who do not necessarily have a business of their own and probably prefer to be freelancers. It is getting hard to connect with some of the lessons because I am just starting this journey of digital marketing to get the skill; I don't have a particular business idea formed in my head already and I acknowledge the importance of practicing with the resources provided. I will love to get suggestions on tools or platforms for newbies who doesn't own a business like myself to practice what they are learning from the lessons and resources. While it may be possible that it is I who haven't been able to navigate to find this on Hubspot Academy but if it doesn't exist, how do I find one? Better still, can we get one on Hubspot Academy?
At Impulse Creative, we use the Enterprise level of all the HubSpot tools but, I wanted a place where I could see what was available for folks much like yourself.
So, that's what I use the George B. Thomas website for (HubSpot Playground).
Hope that helps point you in a couple of viable directions.
Thanks for reaching out. You are correct in that most of our Academy lessons would be geared towards those already working on their business plan as opposed to developing a business plan. It might be best to review our Classroom Training - more on this here.
