Free vs View-only Seat

Hi! 

I am new to hubspot and a bit confused about pricing model.

Can you please help me understand the difference between free and view-only seat?

We are a team of 3 people and currently using free version of hubspot. Can we buy one core seat and at the same time have 2 free seats? Or we have to buy one core seat and 2 view-only?
