Free trial "Your account doesn't have access to this app."

Hello,

I'm trying to complete the Hubspot Marketing Software Certification. I signed up for the marketing pro free trial so I can complete the practical exercises, but when I try to complete the exercise for identifying a new core topic, it says "Your account doesn't have access to this app. Ask your admin for marketing access to use the content strategy tool." I was under the impression that I'd be able to complete all of the practical exercises with the free trial. Is there any way to resolve this or will I not be able to complete the certification?
