I'm unable to complete certification because features are blocked in my sandbox account. I can't create any pages, which is crucial to complete the course.
The error says: We weren't able to verify your business information and are unfortunately unable to provide full access to the HubSpot platform. This is a final decision that can't be appealed.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hi @JDam ,
It is likely that you've created another free HubSpot instance as opposed to a true developer test account. - more on this here. The developer account you were advised to create was incorrectly linked in the initial article shared in the lesson and we've touched base with our Knowledge Base team to update this. Once you create a true test account you can copy the templates or themes you might have created as outlined here.
