Expired certification/account

I completed a digital marketing course while in university, but my account has since expired. i am not able to access and view my certifciation as i am trying to add the certificate tom my linkedin account. how am i able to acess it??? CAN I HAVE IT SENT TO A NEW ACCOUNT CREATED?? SOMEONE HELP ME OUT SO I CAN GET THE REWARD I WORKED FOR. THE INITIAL EMAIL I USED FOR THE ACCOUNT WAS PEMEDINA@CSUMB.EDU

You can transfer certifications by following the steps here however, if you are not able to login to the original account we can transfer them on our end. 

Can you please send me a DM with the following information: 

The email that you took the course with
The email you would like to courses transferred to
The name of the specific academy course(s) you are looking to transfer
