Exercises on HubSpot Sales Software Certification

Hello,

 

I have completed all the necessary practical exercises for the sales software exam and scored a passing grade. However, the system only registers 4/5 exercises completed and I can't get to the practicum stage. Is there a way to update this?

Have you made a meetings link yet? Based on what I am seeing on the back end, it looks like that is the task you have left. 

 

If you have completed this task, please let me know (screenshots showing your meetings tool would be great!).

You also need to send an email using an email template created in your portal. Please let me know if you encounter any issues after completing that task.

The templates tool is under sales tools>templates. You can follow this guide to create a template.
