Exercises of a course have been marked as passed despite me not submitting them

Two exercises of the Hubspot Marketing Software course have been marked as passed, despite me not submitting one and never even opening the other. I cannot "unpass" the two exercises, so I cannot do them at all anymore. I upgraded to the Pro plan using the 14-day free trial to complete this course. Despite having 13 days left, my account reverted back to the free version in the middle of trying to figure out this issue. Chat Support will not help me since I'm no longer using the Pro version.

Hi @JessKW !

If these two exercices are marked as "passed" in the certification's module, it is likely that previous to passing the certification, you already had completed the actions required in your HubSpot account. You will not be able to mark them as "unpassed", but this won't affect the passing of your certification. Hope that helps!
