Hi, I can't send an email within the exercie "Send an email from an existing template or create a new template." However, outside of the exercise I send emails through client portals all the time (Agency partner here). I am not able to get access to create a new template for my personal account. Please help.
Thanks for reaching out! If you can't create an email template, you can pass the exercise by just editing an existing one and sending that template to a test contact via their record.
