Exam passed but marked as failed

Hi,

I completed the SEO certification course and received a 60/60 on the exam, but I receive a message as if I failed the course and did not receive the certification.

I had connectivity issues when taking the exam and had to reconnect to my Wi-Fi, but I did receive an email with the exam breakdown showing the same 60/60.

Is there a way for the certification to be issued without retaking the exam?
