Exam passed but award not generated

I completed a course on HubSpot Academy and got an error message saying the following.

Exam passed but award not generated

You passed the Email Marketing Software exam. But we can't generate your award. Please contact support.

Your score was 52/60

I opened the chatbot and spoke to an agent, who told me to post about it here to receive an answer from support. Please let me know how to receive the award. Thank you.

No other support channels seem to provide support for this particular Academy issue.
