Exam passed but award not generated

I received the following error message: 

You passed the HubSpot Sales Hub Software exam. But we can't generate your award. Please contact support.

I contacted Academy@ email address as advised but received an automated reply that it was not monitored and chat said they could not help. 

Please let me know how to resolve.

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I'm happy to help out with this. I see that the certificate was awarded 2 hours ago. Are you able to open the page in an incognito window?

I'm having the same issue as TRP. 
I passed the Marketing Software Certification Exam but it says that the award cannot be generated and there's no link to download it.

No, there was no link to click to get the award and no follow-up email either.
