Essential training for new starters

I am building out my training log for new starters, what would be the suggested essential training they should complete when starting? 

The roles include; Sales lead and Operations manager

For the Sales Lead:

HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification
HubSpot Sales Software Certification
Data-Driven Decision Making
HubSpot Reporting

For the Operations Manager (assuming a sales operations/marketing operations focus):

HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
Data-Driven Decision Making
HubSpot Reporting

Additionally, consider these certifications which are valuable for both roles:

HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
HubSpot Sales Software Certification

They should also check out the bootcamp page (they go live i think 3 times a year) for Discovery call - Pipeline Generation - Super Admin
