Error taking my Exam

Hello, I clicked to start my exam then it said that I have completed it with a score of 0/70 and I have to wait for 12 hours now any solutions, please?

This is regarding the social media marketing course with the certificate and I was not able to take it after 12 hours same issue happens every time
