I have passed email marketing exam but its asking for practical exercise to be completed
But when i start practical exercise its giving message.

"Sorry. The email dashboard is only accessible to the Marketer role.

Please contact your account admin about changing your user role."

Have you reached out to your admin to confirm if you have Marketer permissions? 

If you do, can you please send along a screenshot confirming your permissions, and the error message you are receiving?
