I took the Email Marketing Exam and passed Since Friday. Please, how does it take for one to get the Certificate? I have contacted HubSpot academy and support for it but did not get any reply.
Can you please share screenshots of what you are seeing under the "team" tab from within the learning center and the "tracks" tab when you search for email marketing?
If you can confirm this issue is occuring across multiple browsers, through an incognito window and after clearing your cache, that would be great!
