Editing Automated Email in a workflow that uses the delay action

SOLVE

Hi team,

 

If you have created a workflow that uses delay before sending an email and you edited the automated email  in the meantime, will the workflow receive the updated email?

SOLVE

Hi Christy,

 

the email will be sent to the one that is stored as the contacts "primary email adress" at the thime the "send email" workflow step is executed. So if you change the email adress while contact is in queue, the email will be sent to the new/updated email adress.
