Didn’t Receive Inbound Certification After Passing Exam
Hi HubSpot Academy Support Team,
I recently completed the Inbound Certification exam and scored 53 out of 60, which should qualify me for certification. However, I haven’t received the certification yet and I believe there may have been a technical issue during or after the exam.
I’ve checked my email and HubSpot Academy dashboard, but there’s no sign of the certificate. Could someone please help me look into this or let me know the next steps to get it resolved?
