Deactive/Remove User

I need 2 students REMOVED from my current roster. How do I remove them??????

 

They were on my roster 3 semesters ago; I deactivated them. But, now I need to enroll them (again) into my spring course. However, when I try to deactivate them or remove them, I get an error that says "this email is already in use". 

 

So, again, how do I remove 2 students, so I can reactivate them?

Hey @DrRichardson a deactivated user is still technically in use as it's not fully removed, once they're deactivated you just need to take the steps to remove them from your portal to have them fully removed.
