Courses are not being marked as being completed.

Hello, 

 

As of yesterday I had most of the digital marketing lessons complete, i got a certificate in inbound marketing, and I just needed to take the exam to get my certificate for content marketing.

 

Now when I go in today it's as if I did not complete any of courses. Nothing is checked off and starting at the beginning. It was fine as of yesterday. 

 

I was not sure how to resolve this or  if this happens from time to time.

Can you please let me know if you are still seeing this same behavior in an incognito window? Can you please make that you are using the same email address as well. The certification are reliant on the email address they are taken on as opposed to the portal.
