Course still showing in progress: Set Up Your HubSpot CRM for Growth

SOLVE

I have finished the setting up your CRM and the importing your data into the Hubspot CRM videos, yet it still shows that the course is in progress. Can someone help with this

Course still showing in progress: Set Up Your HubSpot CRM for Growth

Hi @CNworah,

 

In HubSpot Academy, a course may still display as "in progress" even after you've watched all the videos. This can happen if certain interactive elements, like practical exercises or quizzes, haven't been marked as complete.

Additionally, some exercises are manually reviewed and can take up to 5–7 business days to be marked as complete (see this article: Complete practical exercises in your certification course)

 

To ensure your course is marked as complete:

  1. Review All Lessons: Navigate through each lesson to confirm they've been marked as complete.

  2. Check Practical Exercises: Some courses include practical exercises that require manual review. These can take several days to be assessed. You can check the status of these exercises in your HubSpot Academy dashboard.

  3. Refresh and Re-login: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page or logging out and back in can update your course status.

Try refreshing your browser or clearing the cache, and check again. I do see the screenshot below

But then when I click on next, I am recommended other videos not part of the course

This is what I see regarding the practical exercise: Nicely done, you passed the exercise. I have logged in and out with no change. It is still showing all three courses in progress.
