Hello, I am hoping to receive a PDF copy of a certification I have completed. I cannot seem to access my account and need to present this PDF copy to a Professor to receive full credit on a course.
There is a chance however that the restored account does not have the certifications anymore.
My personal recommendation: Instead of spending time on the recovery, take the exam again. You might be done within a few minutes. If you fail, you can retake it. HubSpot will let you know which questions you failed on in the exam breakdown.

It appears my account is no longer active. Is there still a way to obtain a copy of that certification? As I mentioned, this is needed to receive some college credit
