SOLVE

Hello, I am hoping to receive a PDF copy of a certification I have completed. I cannot seem to access my account and need to present this PDF copy to a Professor to receive full credit on a course.

You can access your (active) certifications at any time by following these steps: View, share, or download your certifications

 

If you're having issues logging into your account, I'd recommend reviewing these steps: Log in to HubSpot

 

Should these not help, could you please share details about the step where you're getting stuck and share a screenshot?

You can try and recover your deleted account by submitting the form at the end of this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account

 

There is a chance however that the restored account does not have the certifications anymore.

 

My personal recommendation: Instead of spending time on the recovery, take the exam again. You might be done within a few minutes. If you fail, you can retake it. HubSpot will let you know which questions you failed on in the exam breakdown.

SOLVE
It appears my account is no longer active. Is there still a way to obtain a
copy of that certification? As I mentioned, this is needed to receive some
college credit

Thanks for reaching out! If your account is no longer active, I can assist with transferring your certifications to a new account. Please note this will require at minimum a "free CRM"account under an email address you can access. 


That said, I'm happy to see if we can pull this exam certification for you. What is the Hub ID or user email you used to take this exam? The email associated to your community profile has no account associated. Thanks!
