Contextual Marketing Certification - Progressive Fields issue

Hi, 

I am completing the progressive fields exercise. I completed the form and clicked on publish. 

When I refresh the exercise it still says in progress. Is clicking publish all that is needed to submit the exercise for marking? Do I just need to wait 24 hours or do I need to submit the exercise another way?

If someone could please respond fast that would be great I need to get the certificate asap for university.

Hi, I am at the 

Contextual Marketing Certification - Progressive Fields 

but instead of opening the tools section, it's showing this message;

  "You can't edit or create forms right now"

"Your forms tool access has been suspended while we carry out some checks. Please fill in this form to provide us with some more information, so you can start using forms"

I've filled the form, what should I do next? I need to finish this course ASAP
