I have recently begun the 'Content Creation Framework' Acadamy course.
For others who are doing this, or have completed this course, do you think it's better to watch the entire video series before you start working on each step?
I am up to step 3 - Planning a Long-Term Content Strategy. I am the only person in my organisation who is watching these videos, and will be the sole person responsible for planning out the content creation framework (with input from my boss).
Should I be working on each step before I move on to the next, or should I watch the entire series to get a better understanding before I begin anything?
So far, I have created the 'story' and am using Trello boards to take note of each action item for every video.
It sounds like you're making great progress! If you prefer getting the big picture first, watching the whole series might help. But if you like to dive in and apply things as you go, working on each step right away is totally fine too.
Since you’re handling this on your own, breaking it down step by step might help you stay focused and organized.
Good luck, and let me know if you need anything else!
