Completed all tracks and exam, did not got my HubSpot Sales Software certification

Hi!

I have completed all the steps but I still don't have my HubSpot Sales Software certification. It´s been over 2 weeks now. I have done and passed all tracks and the exam, now it says:

"Your work is being graded

This can take up to 24 hours"

What can I do, or what have been wrong?

Hi @SDRHinton,

Have you created an email template in your portal? Creating a sales email template is the last step of your practicum and then you should see your certification as complete. 

If you have done this and are still not seeing the certification can you please share a screenshot of the template or the name of it so I can investigate this further?
