I have a few Hubspot Academy certifications under an email address I no longer have access to - email@example.com. I requested a certification transfer to an alternate email address, xx@gmail, and thought the transfer was successful, but no certifications are showing up under that account.
How can I get the certifications to show under the latter account without having to retake the exams?
