Certification problem

Hello,

 I want my students from my CRM class at the Edhec School of Business (one of the top business schools in France) to use your product. I  did take the 4 hours certification in france called Hubspot's Marketing Hub-I do it in France) as I can not teach something that I do not know. So I started with your certification I have done everything but I do not know why some modules are incomplete: Creating CTA in Hubspot/Creating Destination pages  in Hubspot/understanding workflows and I don't know what to do. If I do not find a solution or have anyone explaining to me the issue I will have to cancel my students passing your certification which would put me in a very delicate situation.. Could someone help me?

Good morning! Thank you for your patience. I see your team was already in communication with our academy director, who let them know to make sure to do all the exercises and take the exam to complete the certification. 

You may need a Marketing Hub subscription to complete some of them, so I'd recommend signing up for a 14-day free trial so you can get the certification. If your students also need the certification and need to access Marketing Hub Pro features, they can do so during the trial (or let us know if you need to sign up). 

There is a French and English version of the certification that teach you the same information, but the duration will differ because of the amount of time to explain things in the different languages.

You get unlimited attempts at the exams but if you fail, you then need to wait 12 hours before taking the exam again.
