Certification not appearing

Hi,

 

I finished my HubSpot Inbound certification today and at the stage where it says, "Hang tight, preparing your certificate," I got kicked out with an error message. Now, the certificate is not appearing on my profile and I can't access it anywhere.

 

Can someone please help me fix this?

My certification from Digital Marketing course is not loaded. It keeps on saying," Hang on tight, your certificate is loading." 

 

How is it to be fixed? In need of assistance please. @kennedyp

Thanks for the tag, @ashwini1903! As mentioned in the thread below, it is recommended to try logging into the Academy through a private window or a different browser. I also sent you a DM with this guidance, but wanted to share it here for others!

That worked - something is glitching in the system, as i had already viewed all that content and taken the quizzes. I imagine the others who posted about this are having the same issue. Thanks!
