Certification not Loading

I’m experiencing an issue where HubSpot Sales Hub Software certification is not loading, and it has been over a day. I’ve already tried clearing my cache and reloading the page in a different browser, but the issue still persists.

Could you please assist me with this?

You passed the HubSpot Sales Hub Software exam. But we were unable to generate your award. Please try refreshing the page and if the issue persists, please contact support." You can go into your my profile and view and download your certificate from there.

I also do have a practical exercise that was part of the learning that has not been graded in the last 24 hours. "Book a Meeting Using the Meeting Rotations Tool submitted" part of the hubspot sales hub software training.

Hello yes it is in my profile and this is what it says.
