Until yesterday I was working on a "Marketing Hub - professional" account and I got two certifications: "Hubspot Marketing Software" and "Inbound Marketing". I worked using my company email.
My account has been closed today without notification. I would like to transfer my certifications to this account. Also in the past, changing company, I had to redo the certification.
My user was deleted from the Marketing hub PRO and I can't have access to the Academy from this profile to be able to transfer the certifications. Do the support can transfer the certifications if I communicate you my company e-mail?
I found the solution, thanks. I added the email profile with the certifications to another HubSpot account. After that I have seen again the certifications that are associated to the email, PERFECT!
Here I followed the knowledge base and I transferred my certifications to my personal email address.
