Certification/Learning Path For Solution Consultants/Implementation Consultants

Hello Everyone,

New to HubSpot, was exposed to it a few months ago in a marketing class and wanted to learn more about implementation and development.  Is this the appropriate learning path if I saw myself working as an implementation consultant/project manager for a partner or HubSpot some day?  Is there a proper order to this (I'm assuming CRM would be first)?:

https://academy.hubspot.com/learning-paths/accreditation-prerequisites

Will take any other recommendations.

Thank you!

EDIT: it seems that these learning paths are no longer available.  If I search for CRM in Academy, it looks like I can filter on certification, but I'm not sure that gives me what I'm looking for.  If I uncheck certification, I see more relevant courses, but I'm not sure if these are "ordered" correctly.  So I guess my original question stands: is there a practical learning path?

@lessthandan It's true—there is no single "HubSpot CRM Certified" master badge. The community is likely referring to achieving the certifications that validate your skills in Revenue Operations (RevOps), which is the perfect fit for your implementation and MBA background.

Your experience in CRM configuration and business process management makes you an ideal candidate for a RevOps Specialist or CRM Consultant role.

The Recommended Certification Path

Focus your learning on these three key areas to leverage your skills:

AreaRecommended CertificationWhy It's Crucial
FoundationSet Up Your HubSpot CRM for Growth (Course)Validates core administrative and configuration knowledge.
Strategy & OpsRevenue Operations CertificationThe direct career path translation for your implementation and MBA skills.
Data & MBAHubSpot Reporting CertificationProves your ability to translate configuration into measurable business results and executive reports.

Targeting the Revenue Operations and Reporting certifications will immediately position you as a strategic implementer rather than a general user.

Hi @lessthandan

Welcome to the Community! Love to hear that you're looking into learning paths for all of the above. CRM would definitely be a great place to start there! I'm also going to tag a few of our top contributors, to see if they have any recommendations for you!

Hi @karstenkoehler, @RubenBurdin, @franksteiner79, do we have any recommended paths for @lessthandan, or tips on how you got started?

Thank you!

Hello @arstern97 and @SamTassey - thank you for your responses!

I have experience implementing time and attendance software and CRM solutions and am looking for a bit of a change of pace fresh off my MBA.  The configuration building-block concept is not foreign to me, so this seemed like a good bet on something that was somewhat adjacent to what I do now.  I figured the best place to start would be on the HubSpot Academy, but the courses are a bit scattered.  A lot of people around the web recommended to "get HubSpot CRM certified" if I am interested in growing and learning more about the product, but I see no such certification outside of a few beginner courses when I search for CRM.  And it seems the "Learning Paths" that I provided above are out of date or no longer recommended/provided.  Perhaps those beginner classes are all I really need to get started.

Welcome to HubSpot! What exactly are you looking to do/learn? Have you ever used HubSpot before or explored how a CRM works?
