The Academy courses are tied to your email, which means you would be able to create a free portal using the same email and completing the courses on the free account. You would also be able to request a free trial on the free account to complete the courses that require a certain subscription.
@Anonymous Your progress is connected to your email so it would show in both, as long as you use the same email in your company account. If you use a different email, we can always transfer the progress and certificates as well. If you do it in your company’s portal, that is correct. You would need to request access first. You have a couple different options here to complete the courses.
