Certificate transfer not working

Tranferred certifications from paid partner and providor hubspot account to personal account (free). That was fine. Lost some along the way as some were partner specific - no issue.

 

Trying to move the certificates from personal account, to paid account. This isn't working. The transfer email provided isn't receiving the email it should - after a few attemps over 24 hours. Not in spam, or junk.

Hi Anissa, I have the same problem. I have a personal one where I have some certificates (gmail) and would like to transfer them to our partner account so it counts towards certifications that our company has. Can you please advise on this? Where do I send the emails so I don't share them publicly? Thank you
