Certificate not loading after course completion

Hi HubSpot,

I’ve completed my digital marketing course and passed the exam but the certificate won’t load. It’s stuck on the “hang tight” screen even after refreshing for the past 10 hours. Clear cache failed, new browser failed, sign out failed, refresh failed.

I'm also facing the same issue with my content marketing course. Completed the course but it's still stuck at hang tight your certificate is processing on the screen. How can we troubleshoot this, I really need the certificate
