Certificate download issue

Hello all,

I have completed a few certifications however I was unable to download it. I'm able to screenshot, copy and send it to someone else, however when viewing the image and downloading it would not let me. I tried a different browser, cleared my cache, and it still wouldn't work.

 

I'm logged in as a student so I don't use the CRM on this account.

I am having the same issues. Have you found a fix? I too can't download or screenshot because it doesn't load

Certificate download issue

Right-click on the certificate that doesn't load properly and click, "open image in new tab". You're welcome 😉
