Certificate display name

I recreived a certificate for inbound certified and I've changed my profile name since the email address was registered as my name. After saving it, I went back to the certificate, but it still shows my email address. How can I have my name to show up?

Could you please share the name of the certification you completed? I can check internally this for you and see if I can change it.
