Hi! I just passed my social media marketing certificate but it's been stuck on "Hang tight while your certificate loads." for the past hour. Is there a way to have the certificate emailed to me? I can provide my email when asked. I've tried everything to get it to load. Thanks!
Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I'm happy to help out with this. I am showing the certificate was awarded 6 hours ago, I would recommend downloading the certificate from the my profile tab in the academy page.
