Certificate Is not Generated

I have completed the Hubspot CMS for Developers II : Best Practices 3-4months ago. I have cleared Both the exams. But Certification is not generated. Can You please help me Why its not generated. I have contacted to Hubspot chat , They have suggested to ask in hubspot Community. Can You please help me to generate the certification
